No one ever wants to be involved in an incident, but if an incident occurs at your facility are your teams prepared to manage it. A successful incident management strategy will mitigate the long-term impacts that the incident may cause for your organization.
We have helped companies work through an incident in following ways:
We have experience working on several different projects and could offer a fresh set of eyes on your operations along suggestions for reducing or eliminating hazards on your job sites.
Some of these different projects include:
In a Mock Inspection we would begin our visit with an opening conference and lay out a focused and thorough review of either OSHA, MSHA, or FMCSA regulations. A mock inspection would go through records required to be kept at the company's facility and would include interviewing a selection of employees to prepare them to answer questions from a regulatory agency. Each mock inspection will end with a closing conference to discuss finding and recommend corrective actions.
If you company has just gone through a federal inspection and you want some help closing out their finding, then we could help with that too.
Implementing a quality Safety Management System (SMS) will help you instill a culture of safety throughout your organization. We use ISO 45001, and ANSI/ASSP Z10 as our guides for implementing any SMS. If you are not even sure where to begin then schedule some time and we can work through this together.
Knowing your safety performance indicators is becoming more and more important in a data driven world. Would like some help identifying your organizations KPIs and then putting them into an easy to track format? If so, then set up some time to talked about your KPI needs.
