This course is designed to equip craft professionals with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively mentor new team members, enhancing their skills and abilities through the transfer of knowledge and experiential advice. Over the span of 12-14 weeks, participants will gain practical guidance on adopting a mentorship role, learn best practices in mentoring, and utilize a variety of useful templates and tools; aimed at setting both mentor and mentee up for success.

Students who successfully complete the NCCER module 46102 test will receive a certificate of completion and card from the NCCER.
